About the Role

<li><p class="font_8">Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Other administrative duties</p></li>

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any relevant field
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledgeable in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other recruitment software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, “can do” attitude
